Dr.
Imtiaz Ahmed, graduated from Sir Salimullah Medical College (SSMC) in 2008.
After completing in service training in Mitford Hospital for 1 year, He joined
in Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) as honorary Physician in Internal
Medicine & Cardiology department. In 2011, He has started his government
service as Indoor Medical Officer in Tungibari Health Complex, Munshiganj.
Later on, in 2013, he joined in Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford
Hospital as an Indoor Medical Officer in Internal Medicine Department.
He has completed his Membership examination under the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), London UK in 2018, named MRCP degree. He also did his Fellowship in Internal Medicine from Bangladesh College of Physicians & Surgeons (BCPS), named FCPS Degree in 2020. Later on, he obtained Membership from American College of Physicians in July 2020.
Now he is an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine Department in Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital from June 2020. He is involved in Teaching, Training & Research. He has around 10 publications in Peer-reviewed National and International journals. He used to write health articles in different newspapers. He has done several training in different specialties of Internal Medicine in home & abroad. He is one of the leading physician to serve the nation during COVID period in Government Hospital & also in Green Life Hospital Ltd.
