The Laboratory Medicine department of Green Life Hospital Ltd is located 32 Green (Bir Uttam KM Shafiullah Sarak), Dhanmondi, Dhaka 1205 in level 7. It is one of the leading diagnostic laboratories in Bangladesh by virtue of its uniqueness in offering diverse tests, reliability and prompt turnaround time (TAT). Nowadays there has been increasing dependence of patient care and epidemiological research on laboratories. The Laboratory Medicine department of Green Life Hospital Ltd. hospital includes multiple sub-sections such as Clinical Pathology, Hematology & Bone Marrow Examination, Clinical Microbiology, Clinical Biochemistry, Immunology, Histopathology and Cytopathology and Molecular Pathology. The sections are operated by full-time qualified consultants and specialists with vast experience in respective fields. The department is also staffed with skilled laboratory scientists, medical technologists, phlebotomists and experienced and qualified laboratory managers to oversee the operations of both in-patient and outpatient.

Green Life Hospital Ltd. has introduced Bio-Safety Level-3 (BSL-3) facility molecular lab for the first time in the private sector of Bangladesh. It is currently the only laboratory in Bangladesh providing fungal sensitivity reports on a commercial basis. We provide the most reliable test reports and diagnostic services round the clock (24/7). We maintain stringent quality control for the clinical laboratory tests, provide STAT and URGENT test results for prompt patient care and critical values usefulness to the physicians as soon as possible for better management.
