Dr. Farhana Afroz graduated from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Barasil in 2003. She joined at Labaid Specialized Hospital as Medical Officer in 2006. In 2012 she completed her M. Phil (Clinical Pathology) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU).

Dr. Farhana Afroz joined as Assistant Professor in Pathology Department in 2012 at Green Life Medical College and Hospital in 2017. She was promoted to Assistant Professor in Pathology Department in same institution and lastly continuing the same position. She is also working as consultant pathologist in the Laboratory of Green Life Hospital Ltd. since 2015.
