Dr. Mohammad Shahriar Kabir graduated from Ibrahim Medical College in July 2008 and completed his internship in 2009. After that, he started working in the Neurosurgery Department of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.

He joined the Bangladesh Civil Service (Health Cadre) through the 33rd BCS and later completed MS (Neurosurgery) in January 2017. After obtaining his MS degree, he worked at Sir Salimullah Medical College & Mitford Hospital for three years.

Since 2020, he has been working in the Neurosurgery Department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital. From August 2025, he has been promoted to the position of Assistant Professor in the same department.
