Assistant Prof. Dr. Rifat Sultana graduated from Jahurul Islam Medical College in 2004. She joined in Obst. and Gynae dept. of BSMMU in 2006 as an honorary medical officer and was trained for one and half year. Then she passed FCPS part-1 in obstetrics and Gynecology in January 2008. After that she started her next training session in DMCH. Here she continued next one and half year training from July 2008 to December 2009. Thus she completed 3 years of training. In 2012 she again joined in BSMMU for one year course. In the year 2013 she started a job as a senior medical officer in Anwer Khan Modern Hospital at Dhanmondi. After 2 years of job experience she joined Green Life Medical College and hospital in 2016. She started her job in GLMCH as an assistant registrar of obst. and Gynae dept. She completed FCPS part-2 in obst. and Gynae in January 2019. She has experience of working as a registrar for one and half year and after completing FCPS she was promoted as Assistant professor of Obst. and Gynecology faculty of GLMCH and till now she is working in this post. She has training on medical education, training on colposcopy and another short course training on ultrasonography.
