Professor Dr. Fahmida Khan (Lima) passed MBBS from Dhaka Medical College, Dhaka in 1987.

She joined BCS (Health Cadre) in 1991. She obtained FCPS (Gynae & Obs) and MCPS (Gynae & Obs) in 2004 and 1998 respectively. She also obtained DGO from Dhaka Medical College in 1998.

She worked as Assistant and Associate Professor in Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital. She also worked as Assistant Professor in National Institute of Cancer Research and Hospital (NICRH). She worked as Professor in Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College, Professor & Head of Department of Gynae in Mugda Medical College & Hospital, Dhaka.

She has specialized working capacity in Laparoscopic Surgery. She has vast experience in treatment of patient with Infertility, Endometriosis and PCO.
