Dr. Sarwat Jahan Zubyra graduated her MBBS form Rajshahi Medical College. Then she worked in BIRDEM Hospital, Gynaecology and Obstetrics department as Assistant Registrar from 1999 to 2001.

Then she joined BCS health service & worked in different hospitals like Mitford Hospital and Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Then she entered into BSMMU for MS (Gynaecology and Obstetrics) Course and passed MS in 2009. She worked in different Hospitals as Junior Consultant (Gynaecology and Obstetrics) and promoted as Assistant Professor of Gynaecology and Obstetrics department and joined in STAMCH on 2018. In October 2024, she joined Dhaka Medical College Hospital as an Assistant Professor of Gynaecology and Obstetrics. In November 2025, she was promoted to Associate Professor in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
